SOCIAL MEDIA ADS
Social media ads need not only be eye catching, but also impactful and effective.
It’s important to keep tabs on the stats that come along with the ads I create and post. I compare them with the industry benchmarks and A/B tests to see which ones are successful, and which ones need editing. We learn a lot about our audience through these metrics: What are their interests? How do they communicate? How do they engage with our content?
Earlier this year, we created a campaign with a .76% click through rate (CTR). The LinkedIn CTR benchmark is .40%. Additionally, we reached a high of 29.30% form completion rate, with a LinkedIn benchmark of 6.8%. We hit the mark on our messaging and graphics for the audience we targeted.
